6:00pm dinner (SE corner 12 & 22) St. Anne Cardinals vs. Giordano's All players and parents, no siblings (unless necessary)
Standings update going into final week
St. Anne Cardinals Red is alone in first place with 36 points. There is a tie for second place between St. Anne Cardinals White and the Green Demons, each with 30 points. The Green Demons could conceivably get 10 points next week with a 3-goal shutout victory over one of the other league teams to total 40 points. A victory by Red over White or a 2-2 or better tie would give Red at least 41 points and bring a championship to our club. A victory by White could allow the Green Demons to win it all, as there could be a 3-way tie at the top and the tie-breaking procedures are unclear.

Note to parents: We have traditionally switched our teams around to allow all players to play with all other players. Technically, this is not permitted, although I always work diligently to make sure both teams are as equal as possible. There was a parent of one of our opponents who recognized our flexibility over the last holiday weekend and complained to Kits, saying that this practice was unfair. I don't believe we are being unfair, but we should remain discreet with our conversations. With our larger roster (and Thanksgiving behind us), players will no longer play in both games. Thanks!
